HFUT officially released its first English promotion film in December 2015 to enhance its recognition and influence overseas.

In line with the real conditions of HFUT, the producers presented this English film after drawing essence from some promotional films of other famous universities in the world.

The film is divided into four parts: “Teaching and Research”, “Broadening Horizon”, “Innovation and Practice”, and “Exploration and Development”. With no off-scene sounds, the film displays all sorts of education information of HFUT through special effect subtitles and introduces the specialties of HFUT through the presentation given by Chinese and foreign teachers and students. All the English subtitles were translated by three teachers from School of Foreign Languages.

With a length of 4 minutes and 30 seconds, the film delivers beautiful images with upbeat rhythms. What impresses the viewers most are the presentations given by 15 Chinese and foreign teachers, students and alumni, who introduce the features of HFUT and the colorful campus life vividly.
