The State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense held a signing ceremony for Agreement on Data Sharing and Regional Application of High Resolution Earth Observation Systems.

High Resolution Earth Observation Systems is one of the 16 major national scientific projects in the Guidelines for Medium-to-Long Term Development of National Scientific and Technological Standard.

With great efforts, School of Computer and Information has taken the opportunity of this project to become the member of Data and Application Center for National High Resolution Earth Observation Systems in Anhui and Collaborative Innovation Alliance of High Resolution Earth Observation Systems.

The School of Computer and Information will fully utilize this opportunity to develop the program of Spatial Information Science and Technology in order to make positive contribution to the application and development of high resolution earth observation systems in Anhui.
