In 2009, Hefei University of Technology established the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering by integrating the resources in relation to traffic disciplines. The School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering currently runs two undergraduate programs: traffic engineering and transportation. With over 640 undergraduates and graduates, it covers first-tier disciplines of traffic and transportation engineering authorized to confer academic master's degree and master's degree in engineering. The discipline of traffic and transportation engineering has cultivated more than 1,200 graduates and undergraduates for traffic and transportation engineering industry in China.
