HFUT ranked 34^thin international publicity among China’s 211 project universities, as published on Guangming Daily on Jan 15, 2015.

The ranking was released by the Education News & Media Center and Communication Effect Laboratory of Beijing Normal University. The study has taken 112 “211 Project Universities” in China as samples and used four primary indexes, i.e. Google, Twitter, Facebook and Wikipedia to conduct a quantitative analysis on the international publicity of these universities, with a view to comparing and analyzing the difference and similarities between the Chinese universities and the foreign universities.
