Professor Li Zao from School of Architecture and Arts was awarded National Outstanding Women Role Model.
Professor Li is a PhD advisor at School of Architecture and Arts. Her concurrent posts include member of the Steering Committee for Architectural Studies, member of Architecture Society of China and vice chairman of Anhui Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture.
Professor Li has been award as “Excellence” in three years consecutively in the annual performance assessment in HFUT for her active contribution to discipline development, talents training and international exchanges.
She is also a tutor coaching students to win awards in architecture competitions such as UA Creation Award & International Concept Design Competition, National Architectural School Thesis Competition.
An Active Scholar as she is, she has presided over various national and provincial programs on architecture design and theories, regional architecture and culture and technologies for sustainable human settlements environment planning. Many of her papers were also included and indexed by SCI, EI, CSSCI.
