Dr. William Fisher, Dean of Graduate Studies and Associate Provost at Clark University led a delegation to HFUT on March 23.

President Xu Zongwei, Vice President Zhao Han received the delegation. On the meeting, Mr. Xu congratulated on the approval of undergraduate program of International Economics and Trade between Clark University and HFUT, expressing his wishes to consolidate the exchanges and cooperation between each other in the new era of the third industrial revolution.

Mr. Zhao exchanged his ideas with the delegation and signed Memorandum of Understanding on Joint Undergraduate Program. Both sides agreed to push forward a new joint undergraduate program based on the current cooperation. Consensus was also reached on textbooks, graded teaching, program coordination.

Dr. Fisher passed the letter from David P. Angel, President of Clark University to President Xu Zongwei, who extended his gratefulness and invitation to President Angel to visit HFUT.

The delegation also visited the School of Economics. Relevant personnel from International Affairs Department, School of Economics and School of Resources and Environmental Engineering also attended the meeting.
