The Entrepreneurship team composed of graduate students from the Research Institute of Distributed Control of HFUT ranked the first in China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in the preliminary selection held in Maan-shan on October 21. They will participate in the national final representing Anhui Province.

With full coverage by many TV stations, the Competition involved various sections like PPT presentation and defense, marketing and planning, virtual battle on operation software, presentation in 100 seconds and on-site financing negotiations. The HFUT team received thoughtful coaching from the Research Institute and HFUT Youth League prior to the Competition.

The 1st YIEC is jointly hosted by the Central Youth League Committee, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Ministry of Agriculture, Postal Savings Bank of China and CCTV to create a favorable environment in the society for youth entrepreneurship.
