HFUT graduate student Tang Chun carried off the first prize in the just concluded 6th National Advertising Art Design Competition for College Students, hitting the best record of HFUT. HFUT also won 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 19 merit awards.

The first prize was given to 43 pieces of work among 140,000 entries. HFUT was awarded “Excellent Organizing University” for its successful organization of the Preliminary Competition in Anhui.

Jointly sponsored by the Teaching Advisory Board for Journalism and Communication Discipline of Colleges and Universities and Advertising Education Board of Chinese Association of Higher Education under the guidance of Higher Education Department, Ministry of Education, the Competition seeks to inspire students’ creativity, push forward the reform of talents cultivation and practical teaching and promote a sound platform for talents to stand out.
